For an expedited ordering and checkout process, it's best to first register prior to placing your order. This will offer you accurate shipping rates, and save you time on filling out your checkout information on every order. Once this is done, simply follow the easy to navigate ordering and checkout procedures. Your shopping cart can be viewed and modified during the entire process, however shipping rates will not be accurately displayed until you enter a shipping address. Your order will not be processed until you have reached the checkout process, entered a shipping address, and have selected a method of payment and hit the submit button.
2. Is there a minimum purchase order?
No. You can make a purchase for any amount, but we recommend that you maximize your order to save on the shipping costs. For example, you can purchase 1 small item for $5.25 in shipping or you can purchase 5 small items for $5.25 in shipping. Your shipping rate will stay the same until you maximize the space within a select shipping package.
3. Do I have to register to place an order?
No. You can checkout as a guest, but you will have to re-enter your information every time you return to place an order, and your shipping rates will not be accurately displayed until you check out.
4. How is my order confirmed?
Once you have completed your order you will receive an email from us that will confirm your order's details. If you do not receive a confirmation email then this means that you did not properly complete the checkout process and that we did not take a payment.
5. Is shipping free?
No. Shipping is only free via any explicitly announced shipping special, otherwise your shipping rates will populate once you checkout and enter your shipping address.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship via USPS Priority International Mail. A list of countries are available for viewing at checkout. If your country is not displayed, please contact us, so that we can determine if our carrier will ship to your location.
Credit Cards/Payment Options
7. Is it safe to use my credit card on-line?
Yes. The Alpha Omega Store uses Secure Sockets Layer technology (SSL) to "encrypt" or scramble all sensitive information such as your credit card. Our web server uses Secure Socket Layer (SSL) to handle this encrypting.
We do not store your credit card information.
8. Do I have to have a Paypal account to pay via Paypal?
No. Paypal simply processes your payment via the use of your preferred credit or debit card.
9. What if my transaction is declined?
On-line orders that are declined at the time you place your order cannot be re-processed here. If there are any issues with your card please contact your bank first to determine what happened with your card. However, if you entered the wrong credit card information, you can retry again at our website. All confirmed orders will receive an email notice with the details of your order. If you do not receive 2 email confirmations then that means that we did not process your order twice. Please contact your bank as well to confirm.
10. Can I make a purchase if I do not own or do not prefer to use credit cards?
Yes. We can make arrangements to accommodate your order, however this will cause a delay in the processing of your order as we do not ship any items until payment is received. Simply contact us at with a list of your items that you would like to order, including the shipping rate and your shipping address, and we'll provide you with additional details and instructions to complete your order.
11. How do I redeem my discount voucher?
Once you are ready to checkout, you will see a section at the bottom of your shopping cart where you can either click on or enter a coupon code to redeem your voucher.
12. Are the store's promotional discounts applied to spiritual services and events?
No. Store promotions and discounts are only applicalbe to the store's products that can be added to your shopping cart. The voucher for store promotions will be available at check out.
13. Defective Parts
Please notify us of defective parts within 7 days after you receive them. Buyer pays return shipping costs if contact is over 7 days.
14. Return Policy
In all cases of return to stock items, we must be contacted within 7 days of receipt of your order. After 7 days we will not honor a refund. Please email us when returning items for a refund. Returned items must be sent in "new condition" just as purchased. If not, we may have to ship the product back to you or discard the product at your expense. Virtual/on demand products, divination tools, services and course offerings are not included in the return policy.
15. Back Orders
While we have real time inventory, occasionally our system may inaccurately calculate available inventory. If "Out Of Stock" items are ordered we will contact you to advise you of the estimated shipping date (ESD) and put your order on hold so that we can ship everything together. If this is not desirable, we will offer you a refund on the out of stock product which you can re-order once the item becomes available.
